We loved staying at this hotel as it was centrally located and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was great and staff members were very helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and it was easy to get transportation from this location.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great staff - starting from the reception, where they find a room for us when Booked.net cancelled it as double booking, let us choose the most suitable room for kids /enough space and relatively calm/, following the restaurant and room cleaning personnel. Kids friendly. Good breakfast - with all local specialties and more. Just in the centre - old town, promenade, beach, shops - everything was close. Express restaurant with good services, wide choice and great creps with Eurokrem and Plazma keks!!!
Lack of pots for babies in the rooms; lack of baby chairs in the restaurant. Noise in the rooms looking to the old town - maybe special window glass could help? We were lucky we could choose the most suitable room

Location of the hotel is perfect. We stayed one night for New Year celebration and it was in a perfect spot for visit Budva.
During checkout we needed to pay cash since Credit Card POS terminals (3 of them) on the reception did not work

This hotel is ideally situated near the heart of the city, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can enjoy the lively nightlife of the area and there is easy access to public transportation. the rooms are kept clean enough and have decent views of the city if you're lucky.
The hotel upkeep is quite old-fashioned and rundown. the decor is outdated and uncomfortable, and the services are limited.

The position is excellent and the hotel has a good cafe with good facilities as an Internet cafe, pool tables and TVs. Free Internet in all rooms
The rooms is a bit worn down and the rooms are fairly simple. Small, old TV. The first floor restaurant is also simple and not too comfortable

Only positive about Hotel Mogren is the location, close to the old town and restaurants. The staff at the breakfast was service minded.
The room was old with really old worn down wall to wall carpet, probaply the carpet made the old smell that wouldn't leave the room. Only one of five in the staff spoke a little bit of english so we ended up with lots of minsunderstandings. The fuses in the room went off all the time. Bad window isolation so you need earplugs. Room close to the elevator made a lot of noice the whole nights. We got new room last night far from the elevator but then the wifi didn't work

Great hotel! the staff was super nice and the location was perfect. It was easy to walk to everything from the hotel. the food was very delicious and reasonably priced. I liked the clean rooms and comfy beds, too.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modern touches. the shower was a little cramped, but it worked fine.

Our romantic escape was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the sea. The daily cleaning was impeccable and we enjoyed the privacy provided by the location. The key location was amazing, it was close to the old town and a stone's throw away from several beaches. The breakfast spread was great and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the airy courtyard. We also loved the restaurant that served simple but decent food.
The noise outside of the hotel at night was a bit bothersome, but earplugs helped. , finding the hotel was a bit difficult, especially by car.

The best thing is that the hotel location is right in tourist area and looks over the old city.
If you want 5 star this is not the one for you - probably 50+ years old - but every thing works OK. Thought it was a bit overpriced but peak season that's the way it goes.
